I am someone who gets overwhelmed, who struggles with too many tasks on the list and has an inner imposter! I have to work hard at managing my systems, diaries and commitments to stay on top of things and I hope what I have learnt can inspire, guide and help you to feel in control (or be confident in getting it back quickly!)
I want my clients to enjoy guilt-free holidays from work, focused family time and a sense of calm and achievement. Those days where you think 'I've been really productive today' can be every day with the right systems.
I want to support organisations in their missions to improve staff wellbeing. Through helping teams manage their workload, they are more free to enjoy all the benefits of the wellness opportunities afforded by the organisation.
I've spent the last decade using and developing skills in training, mentoring, coaching and conflict resolution. I have qualifications in psychology and training, and I am a qualified restorative justice practitioner and accredited mediator.
I love that breakthrough moment and think that all of my clients already have it in them to beat the overwhelm. I am honoured to help them find that inner strength, confidence and calm that they are capable of harnessing.
